Food for Life is an award-winning program of PCRM that teaches nutrition education and cooking skills to reduce diet-related chronic diseases. Designed by physicians, nurses, and dietitians, Food for Life classes promote healthful eating based on the latest scientific research. Since 2001, Food for Life has been a pioneer in advancing healthier living and better health outcomes in communities around the world.

The purpose of the Physicians Committee’s Food for Life Grant Program (FFL) is to exclusively support our licensed FFL instructors and institutions in the delivery of the Physicians Committee Food for Life nutrition and cooking program to disadvantaged and marginalized communities that suffer disproportionately from diet and lifestyle related chronic diseases. We appreciate your dedication to advancing the message of Food for Life and we are happy to support you in this endeavor!
To be eligible for this grant opportunity:
- You must be a currently licensed Food for Life instructor or institution with PCRM.
- You must be seeking to teach a free Physicians Committee Food for Life nutrition and cooking class strictly to disadvantaged and marginalized participants.
- You will need to create a free Submittable account or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials to submit these forms. **Please use the same email address you use for other FFL communications.**
- Please bookmark the Submittable webpage in your browser, so you can find it again easily!
- You can save a draft of your work if you need to finish filling out the application later.
- If anything changes with the information you submitted, please request to edit your submission.

- Communication about your application will be via email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable account regularly.

- Grant applications are accepted on a rolling basis. However, funds are limited and funding cannot be guaranteed. As long as funds are available, we will accept applications.
